The back entrance of the ICC building will bring you to the first floor. After entering the building, go through a black door, go down the hallway, and turn right near the end of the hallway. You will find the elevator hall ahead. Take the elevator to the third (ground) floor. The McGhee Library is a glass-walled compact room facing a large atrium called the ICC Galleria.
